Pull request overview
Prefetches workflow logs so Workflow Normalizer can identify recently active workflows.
Changes:
- Adds the shared 24-hour log-fetch import.
- Updates prompts to consume per-run metadata and summaries.
- Regenerates the compiled workflow.
