Adds the Open Ontologies MCP server wrapper and wires it into the glossary maintainer workflow so the agent can build/query a structured terminology graph when maintaining glossary content.
Changes:
- Introduce a shared MCP server definition for
open-ontologieswith a restricted allow-list of read-only/analysis tools - Import and document Open Ontologies usage in the glossary maintainer workflow prompt
- Update the generated workflow lock file to include the new MCP server and container image
