smoke-opencode contained OpenCode-specific integration config inline, making reuse and consistency harder across workflows. This change extracts that integration into a shared include and updates the smoke workflow to consume it.

  • What changed

    • Added a new shared component: .github/workflows/shared/opencode.md
    • Moved reusable OpenCode integration settings into the shared file:
      • tools.edit
      • tools.bash (allowlist)
      • tools.web-fetch
      • safe-outputs.messages OpenCode message templates
    • Updated .github/workflows/smoke-opencode.md to import shared/opencode.md
    • Removed duplicated inline OpenCode integration blocks from smoke-opencode.md
  • Resulting workflow shape

    • smoke-opencode keeps workflow-specific behavior local
    • OpenCode integration defaults now live in one shared source for reuse by other workflows
  • Example

    imports:
      - shared/opencode.md
      - shared/gh.md
      - shared/reporting-otlp.md
      - shared/otlp.md
      - shared/token-telemetry-check.md

Hey @pelikhan 👋 — thanks for the OpenCode integration refactor! This is a clean extraction that improves reusability and consistency across workflows.

What looks good:

  • ✅ Focused refactor — extracts OpenCode config into a single, reusable shared include
  • ✅ Well-documented — the PR body clearly explains what moved and why
  • ✅ Proper workflow structure — smoke-opencode now imports the shared component, reducing duplication
  • ✅ Backwards compatible — the lock file update shows the compiled workflow still produces the same runtime behavior

This follows the project's agentic development process and is ready for review. Great work!
