[deep-report] Fix Daily Team Evolution title date to derive from window_start, not run date #55555

Description

Description

The Daily Team Evolution Insights workflow (.github/workflows/daily-team-evolution-insights.md) posts a report titled 🌱 Daily Team Evolution Insights - [DATE] (line 125) analyzing the "previous complete UTC calendar day" (window_start/window_end, lines 65-68). The Daily Regulatory Report (discussion #55519, 2026-08-24) found two consecutive runs both titled "August 23, 2026": discussion #55160 (created Aug 23, window 08-22→08-23, i.e. analyzing Aug 22 activity) and #55503 (created Aug 24, window 08-23→08-24, i.e. analyzing Aug 23 activity — this one's title is correct). #55160's title should have read "August 22" to match its own stated window_start, but instead matched the run date. The workflow prompt's [DATE] placeholder (line 125) doesn't specify which date to derive the title from, so the agent inconsistently picks the run date instead of window_start.

Expected Impact

Fixes duplicate-looking, misleading report titles that make it harder to search/dedupe past Team Evolution reports and could cause downstream readers (including this DeepReport workflow) to misattribute a report to the wrong day.

Suggested Agent

New Agent — edit .github/workflows/daily-team-evolution-insights.md to explicitly instruct deriving the title [DATE] from window_start (the analyzed day), not the run date.

Estimated Effort

Fast (< 30 min) — a small, explicit prompt clarification.
