1 genuine, unresolved compatibility gap (2 repos): workflows using engine: codex together with a specific tools.bash allow-list fail --strict compilation, and gh aw fix --write does not offer a codemod for it. Filed separately as a missing-codemod proposal (see linked issue).

Confirmed-working codemods, exercised successfully "in the wild" across independent repos:

• Add checkout: false for pull_request_target — fixed 2 repos (dotnet/runtime, runhey/OnmyojiAutoScript)
• Move engine.model to top-level model — fixed 4 repos, the most common deprecation seen
• Several single-repo codemods (title-prefix rename, allow-team-members→allowed-collaborators, activation-outputs transform, expires int→day string) all applied cleanly

1 audit scope limitation (not a gh-aw bug): dotnet/dotnet is a Virtual Mono Repo that vendors other repositories as subtrees (e.g. src/aspnetcore, src/vstest); its actual gh-aw workflows live nested under src/*/.github/workflows/, not at the repo root, so this top-level-only scan found zero workflow files there.
