Steps to Reproduce:

Open a terminal and start a Copilot CLI session: copilot
Interact with the session (e.g. create a file)
Open the GitHub Copilot App
Look at the Sessions sidebar
Expected: The CLI session appears in the Agents window session list
Actual: Only sessions created from within the Desktop App appear. The CLI session is invisible.

We were getting some customer feedback about the lack of CLI -> Desktop (And VS Code agents app) integration. If we start a cli session (with agency copilot) these do not show up in the new Copilot Desktop App or VS Code agents app microsoft/vscode#319415

If you update to the latest GitHub Copilot app version, this should work:

• Start a session with copilot CLI
• Go the app, you see it in your list of sessions
