Define retained graph manifests and bounded ordinal address pages #815

Description

@flyingrobots

Plan: https://github.com/git-stunts/git-warp/blob/plan/streaming-recursive-materialization/docs/plans/streaming-indexed-recursive-warp.md
Design PR: #813

Outcome

Define the immutable retained graph manifest that replaces the replay basis. It binds graph coordinate/frontier, ordinal geometry, identifier dictionaries, ordinal-to-CAS address pages, Roaring roots, causal roots, attachment and graph-reference roots, provenance roots, and a deterministic commitment.

Required work

  • Add runtime-backed manifest, geometry, dictionary, address-page, and typed payload-reference nouns.
  • Validate handle kinds, schemas, bounds, root completeness, duplicate ordinals, and out-of-range addresses.
  • Keep every page independently bounded by encoded bytes, container entries, depth, and items.
  • Retain the manifest and all roots through published git-cas bundle/page/cache APIs.
  • Support segmented geometry rather than widening global limits when one namespace is exhausted.
