Update the Bijou dependency family to 7.2.0

Move git-cas off the obsolete Bijou 5 dependency family and prove its cockpit, progress UI, demos, and test adapters against the latest coherent Bijou 7.2.0 release.

Scope

• Update @flyingrobots/bijou, bijou-node, bijou-tui, and bijou-tui-app together to 7.2.0.
• Keep a single coherent Bijou generation in the installed dependency graph.
• Fix only compatibility changes required by the upgrade.
• Run the full test, lint, type/package, and release-preparation gates.
• Publish a git-cas patch so downstream git-warp can consume Bijou 7 without retaining a nested Bijou 5 installation.

Playback

• npm ls shows only the intended Bijou 7.2 family.
• Existing TUI and progress behavior remains covered and green.
• The published git-cas package no longer declares Bijou 5 ranges.
