Lazy loading and caching for API objects #19

Domain objects like PRs and issues shouldn't fetch all their details upfront. Defer API calls until a field is actually accessed, then cache the result.

For objects that may become stale, consider a dirty-flag approach so callers can mark an object for re-fetch on next access.
