Overview

tentative fix for:
#26306

may not work just copy pasted from vulkan-ci action..

Additional information

similar to Windows request:
#26299
it's for allowing building Ubunut Vulkan releases with new NV VK optimizations (new extensions present in code) which require new Vulkan SDK 1.4.357 ..

Unfortunately it's not acceptable to just grab latest SDK for release, we need those builds to be stable, there may be some compromise here though, unsure. cc/ @0cc4m

@CISC what changes from Windows releases, then? they accepted using latest SDK (1.4.357):
#26303
it's about hardcoding a version number like for windows.. if that's the problem I can change patch to download just 1.4.357..

@CSIC done..

Poor CSIC Services. :)

Use a proper env entry instead of injecting it, like in the other PR.

Also you can remove the sdk dependencies above now.

Finally I need you to run a release on your fork once those changes are done to make sure it actually works (you can disable/remove unrelated jobs to ensure it runs to completion).
