Move skill management to dotagents with agents.toml for shared skills from getsentry/skills. Remove deprecated find-bugs and skill-writer skills. Add comprehensive skills reference section to AGENTS.md pointing to .agents/skills/ paths. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
