fix: `Sentry.HubExtensions.PushAndLockScope(IHub)` on Android and iOS

Description

In #4374, we changed some assertion failures that were caught to actually be surfaced:

The test
Sentry.Tests.HubTests.PushAndLockScope_DoesNotAffectOuterScope
is now failing via the Device-Tests, on both Android and iOS.

Closing ... as erroneous assumption.

The test is expected to fail.
And the feature works as expected.

Both Android and iOS apps are Client-Apps,
and therefore in Global-Mode.
