Holds the paint timing entry type reported by the browser, so that `browser.paint` span names and descriptions can be derived from an attribute instead of the raw performance entry name. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>

browser.paint.type, holding the paint timing entry type reported by the browser.Needed so that
browser.paintspan names and descriptions can be derived from an attribute instead of the raw performance entry name. The rules themselves follow in #607.
