feat: declare bootstrap script global for Hinode's module-externals reader - #245

…eader Hinode's scripts pipeline now reads each module's own modules.<name>.globals instead of hardcoding them. Declare window.bootstrap here (mirrors how mod-mermaid declares its own [modules.mermaid] block) so bootstrap owns its own declaration.
