/office-hours -- kill the glazing in the final step #538

Closed

Description

@mattlibbey

For the love of all that is holy, can you kill the AI slop-driven glazing at the end of /office-hours? I have tried to add memory instructions to ignore phase/step 6, and with every update, it comes back. It was cool once, but to have it fire every single time you run /office-hours is a complete waste of time and focus.

Overall, this skill stack is great--but this one thing will cause me to stop using the package. I recognize how petty that sounds, but I also find it crass to inject advertising into what is an otherwise solid open sourced offering.

    @16francej Please close this issue as resolved. The repeated full office-hours pitch was stopped by #937 and the session-count fix in #1682. A dislike of the remaining short closing text would be a separate product-choice issue.

    Fixed in fork-port wave 2: the founder-resources pitch at the end of /office-hours now offers "never show me these again", and picking it persists the opt-out. Re-enable any time with gstack-config set founder_resources true.

    Commit: 1d29225a feat(office-hours): 'never show me these again' for the founder-resources pitch (#538)

    Ships in #2577 (v1.65.0.0).
