OSV scanner: vulnerable dependency needs triage #3040
Description
The weekly OSV scan failed: https://github.com/garrytan/gstack/actions/runs/37280512718 (findings are in the run's Security tab upload and log). Fix: upgrade the package (package.json overrides), or add a justified [[IgnoredVulns]] entry with an ignoreUntil to .osv-scanner.toml.

Fixed in v1.91.32.0 (#3057). Overrides were raised to fixed releases, and
osv-scanner --config=.osv-scanner.tomlon the merged tree reports no issues. braces, sprintf-js and katex have justified ignores expiring 2026-11-30.Upgrade: Claude Code
