This replaces the use of a grid (currently
wxSheet) in the edit move dialog with a bespoke panel with controls for each action label (and chance probability).The dialog size is capped at about ten actions, otherwise the internal panel will scroll.
The overall dialog is now also resizable.
This contributes towards resolving #896.
