Scope:

• Add the WAL/WSC/retention durability path to DIND or equivalent convergence
  verification.

Acceptance:

• Live execution, WAL recovery, WSC export/import, and retained-material reveal
  converge on the same app-facing outcome and bounded reading.
• Corrupt or missing support material produces typed obstruction instead of
  divergence.
