Flexhire API Agent Skill

An AI agent skill that enables your agent to interact with the Flexhire GraphQL API for HR, recruitment, and talent management.

Setup

1. Get your API key

Go to flexhire.com/developer to set up your API key.

2. Install the skill

npx skills add flexhire/api-agent-skill

What can it do?

Once installed, your AI agent can use the Flexhire API to:

• Recruitment (ATS) -- manage jobs, candidates, applications, interviews, and screening
• HR Management (HRIS) -- handle contracts, billing, payroll, invoices, and timesheets
• Talent -- browse user profiles, skills, and the talent network
• Platform -- access configuration, countries, currencies, and industries

Authentication

Set your API key as the FLEXHIRE-API-KEY environment variable or provide it when prompted by the agent.
