Automated unfreeze probe. Removes "frozen": true and regenerates the output manifest so
test-fma-darwin-pr-only can validate pritunl/darwin at its current upstream version.

Frozen since: 2026-07-23 (d138998, "Update Fleet-maintained apps (#49857)")
Version: 1.3.4686.95 -> 1.3.4696.56

Draft until validation reports. Merge only if the FMA checks are green and the validate shard
actually ran for this slug.

Remove the frozen flag from the Pritunl input and regenerate the output
manifest so test-fma-darwin-pr-only can validate pritunl/darwin at its
current upstream version (1.3.4686.95 -> 1.3.4696.56).

Validation failed — closing this probe. Pritunl stays frozen.

Failing step: darwin / validate → "Filter apps.json and validate apps"
Job log: https://github.com/fleetdm/fleet/actions/runs/31823815584/job/94846648624

The validator's own output:

level=INFO Looking for app: Pritunl, version: 1.3.4696.56
level=INFO Found app: 'Pritunl' at /Applications/Pritunl.app, Version: 1.3.4686.95, Bundled Version: 1.3.4686.95
level=ERROR App version '1.3.4696.56' was not found by osquery
level=INFO Validated 0 out of 1 apps successfully.
level=INFO  Apps with errors: [Pritunl]

The install itself succeeded, so this is not a broken install script. The Homebrew cask advertises
1.3.4696.56, but the installer it points at still delivers 1.3.4686.95 — the version currently
pinned in the frozen manifest. Upstream's published version and its actual payload disagree, so the
manifest cannot be validated at the advertised version.

Nothing to fix on Fleet's side; this needs upstream to ship an installer matching the version they
advertise. The app remains frozen at 1.3.4686.95 and a future run will re-probe it.
