Throw an error, if user specify version for a software title that don't have Fleet-maintained app:
Couldn't update. "version" can only be specified for a software title that have a Fleet-maintained app.

@marko-lisica I think the error message would be slightly clearer if it said "…version can be specified…" instead of "…version is specified…"
