Issue #30871 (default fleet for BYOD iOS/iPadOS hosts) moved from v4.87 to v4.88, so its contributor API docs should not ship in v4.87. This reverts the article endpoint bullets and the token-scoped account_driven_enroll / service_discovery endpoint sections cleanly. The ab_token/abm_token response shapes were later restructured by #46667 (abm->ab rename, issue #42508), which built on #45618's _fleet fields. Conflicts there were resolved by stripping only the BYOD-specific fields (byod_fleet, byod_team, byod_fleet_id) while preserving #46667's restructure and the macos/ios/ipados _fleet renames.
