- Contributor API: POST /api/v1/fleet/device/{token}/software/install_all
queues an install for every self-service title not yet installed, with
optional category_id query param to scope to one category.
- Audit logs: added_self_service_category, edited_self_service_category,
deleted_self_service_category for the new per-fleet category CRUD.

Captures the 'Install all' click on My device > Self-service. Includes the optional self-service category id/name (null when the end user installed across all categories) and the count of titles queued. Each queued title still emits an installed_software activity. Related to: #39018

Resolve conflict in docs/Configuration/yaml-files.md by keeping emoji-based category names from the custom self-service categories feature branch and including the parallels/darwin fleet_maintained_apps example from docs-v4.87.0.
