Add a small C# Win32 helper (via Add-Type) that enumerates Inno uninstaller dialogs (#32770) belonging to unins000/_iu* processes and sends BM_CLICK to their Yes/OK buttons so the custom 'keep user data' prompt does not block uninstalls run as SYSTEM. Replace a single WaitForExit call with a polling loop that invokes the dismisser while waiting; log a warning if the helper fails to load. Update windows.json to point at the new uninstall script ref.
