Improve style: Premium message component

Goal

User story
As a Fleet user,
I want to see a "included in Fleet Premium" message in a consistent way accross the product
so that UI is more consistent and easier to scan.

Changes

@marko-lisica: The "included in Fleet Premium" message looks weird when centered in modals or many other pages. Probably we could add a container (similar to the new empty states).
