### 💥 Actual behavior On the Host details page, the **Last seen**, **Last restarted**, and **Last fetched** fields render with a blue background instead of the expected grey background used for similar elements elsewhere in Fleet.

These steps:

• Have been confirmed to consistently lead to reproduction in multiple Fleet instances.
• Describe the workflow that led to the error, but have not yet been reproduced in multiple Fleet instances.

1. Log in to Fleet as an admin.
2. Navigate to the Hosts page.
3. Click on any host to open the Host details page.
4. Observe the Last seen, Last restarted, and Last fetched fields — all three render with a blue background instead of grey.
