Get reports working for `numa` and `cisneros`

• @noahtalerman: Fleet caps reports at 1k rows by default. This prevents customers w/ a large amount of hosts from replicating their Jamf extension attributes in Fleet. Let's solve this scale problem. Is it about bumping the cap for them? Something else?
