Goal

User story
As a Fleet user,
I want to download and install a fleetctl .pkg from Fleet's GitHub Releases page
so that I can install/upgrade fleetctl easily.

Do we need the raw binaries once we have the pkg?

I believe we should keep them because customers may be relying on them on their workflows.
Alternatively, remove them and communicate to customers to start using the .pkg instead.

Also, some of our scripts reference these .tar.gzs:
