Fleet Desktop app

Goal

User story
As an IT admin,
I want to deploy a Fleet Desktop app to my end users dock so that they can see a red badge on Fleet Desktop app when their Mac is failing policies and they have an easy way to access Fleet Desktop via their dock and macOS spotlight. Especially helpful at orgs with a lot of menu bar apps where some apps hide behind the Mac "notch".

Putting an XS assuming this is a static icon to change to or flash when policy fails. We already have the color change from red to green so the logic to check for issues is already there. If this needs to be only if the issues can be self-remediated then this could become a S.
