Send improved, mobile-compatible emails from Fleet

I'm thinking we might want to build a small custom page on fleetdm.com that has two links:

1. Join osquery Slack.

2. Join #fleet on osquery Slack.

Because as far as I can tell it's not possible to make a link that does one or the other depending on whether a user is a member of the workspace already.

@zwass I like your fleetdm.com proposal. For now the Slack link can go to the same link that's present in the fleetdm.com footer. This link is the following: https://osquery.slack.com/join/shared_invite/zt-h29zm0gk-s2DBtGUTW4CFel0f0IjTEw#/

I believe this link covers #1 you've listed (join osquery slack).

I think you're correct here. To add to this, I've been unable to find a join link that takes the user to the #fleet channel in osquery Slack (deep join link). There may be a link that takes a user, who has already joined osquery Slack, to the #fleet channel.
