Users installed app is not showing option to uninstall, only install

The app is installed but only an option to install is showing up in the actions dropdown, not uninstall.

Investigate. Is this a UI bug?
Adding to MDM board since I believe this is a VPP app of theirs. Feel free to switch boards if just a software package not using MDM

Is this app VPP? VPP doesn't have uninstall atm

Ahh @georgekarrv yes this is a VPP app, didn't know there is no uninstall. The user probably didn't know that uninstall is intended to be missing either.
