Closes findings from rule MESHCENT-004 — amt-wsman.js declares an unused shadowed 'opaque' parameter.

Draft — this is a starting point, not a finished change. The fix required judgment, so read it before trusting it.

Merging this PR is recorded as acceptance of the rule that produced it;
closing it unmerged is recorded as rejection. Both feed rule health, so
closing a wrong suggestion is useful rather than merely tidy.

🦩 🟠 amt-wsman.js declares an unused shadowed 'opaque' parameter

In ExecSubscribe (amt/amt-wsman.js), removed the redundant opaque = "" re-declaration from the var digest = "", digest2 = "", opaque = ""; statement, changing it to var digest = "", digest2 = "";. This stops the incoming opaque function parameter from being clobbered with an empty string before the if (opaque != null) check, so the caller-supplied opaque value is now correctly evaluated and used to build the <a:ReferenceParameters> XML fragment.

In amt/amt-wsman.js around line 65, review and complete this code-review fix: amt-wsman.js declares an unused shadowed 'opaque' parameter.
What the draft fix changed: In `ExecSubscribe` (amt/amt-wsman.js), removed the redundant `opaque = ""` re-declaration from the `var digest = "", digest2 = "", opaque = "";` statement, changing it to `var digest = "", digest2 = "";`. This stops the incoming `opaque` function parameter from being clobbered with an empty string before the `if (opaque != null)` check, so the caller-supplied `opaque` value is now correctly evaluated and used to build the `<a:ReferenceParameters>` XML fragment.
Verify the change is correct and complete; do not refactor unrelated code.
