I checked locally that moving to the node''s fetch (instead of the node package node-fetch) was fixing the tests in node v20+ (but has a bug in node v18). It's only non-experimental in node v22. So we might want to wait until we move to node v22 before updating nock. we don't need the update either, so let's close the dependency update for now.
