Things to fix before calling it beta

Bugs in alpha:

• Pressing button twice closes internal port but Websocket remains connected
• Original GhostText button doesn't have toggle behavior; it does nothing it already connected
• Somehow vim-ghost fails
• Tries to put plain text into HTML emails
