What changed

  • Add a self-hosted AI Discoverability check for robots.txt crawler rules and a page's HTTP, indexability, title, main heading, and visible text. The UI states clearly that this is a readiness check, not measured AI citations.
  • Add an optional, private Docker Lighthouse runner so self-hosted audits can collect performance, accessibility, best-practice, and SEO scores without a DataForSEO key.
  • Allow Search Console position opportunities to be read without GA4; rows stay explicitly unscored until conversion data is connected.
  • Document which data sources remain paid or need another provider, and what each keyless path can and cannot establish.

Validation

  • 14 focused tests pass for AI Discoverability, local Lighthouse, audit payloads, and Search Console opportunity scoring.
  • fnm exec --using=22.22.0 pnpm ci:check passes.
  • fnm exec --using=22.22.0 pnpm build passes.
  • node --check selfhost/lighthouse-runner/server.mjs passes.
  • Docker image build was not run locally because the Docker daemon is stopped; GitHub checks have not reported yet.

Scope

This reduces DataForSEO dependence for site crawling, Lighthouse, Search Console opportunities, and crawler-readiness checks. It does not replace paid keyword-volume, full SERP, competitor, or backlink indexes, and it does not claim to measure LLM citations.
