Bump the uv version pinned in the seven hive workflows from 0.12.3 to 0.13.4, which fixes GHSA-hq85-5cpj-mr62. Older uv versions trust a root CA whose intermediate has been compromised, and Astral recommends upgrading immediately.
The same change for execution-specs is in ethereum/execution-specs#3880.
