Summary

Enables the new dora devnet deposit tooling in the generated dora config.

⚠️ Depends on ethpandaops/dora#845 — the faucet and wallet-free submission features this configures ship there. The config is forward-compatible: dora versions predating the feature simply ignore the unknown faucet block, and the raised proxy limits are harmless, so merge order doesn't break anything — the features just stay dormant until a dora image containing #845 is used.

Changes

  • frontend.faucet: enabled with the last prefunded account (prefunded_accounts[len-1], works with custom prefunded_accounts_mnemonic too). Services like buildoor consume accounts from the low indices (index % len), so taking the tail avoids nonce collisions between the faucet's backend sends and other services. 100 ETH per request, dora enforces a per-address cooldown.
  • rpcProxy: requestsPerMinute: 300, burstLimit: 100 (up from dora's 30/10 defaults). Dora's wallet-free submission signs deposits locally in the browser and broadcasts + polls receipts through this proxy, which needs more headroom than read-only usage did.

Together with dora#845 this gives every kurtosis devnet a complete in-browser deposit flow: generate a mnemonic → faucet-fund its wallet → submit validator/builder deposits, batches and top-ups, with no wallet extension or external tooling.

Test plan

Verified against a local glamsterdam-devnet-8 enclave with an equivalent hand-written config (dora's .hack/devnet/run.sh generates the same faucet/proxy settings): faucet funding, wallet-free submits, and a batched builder deposit all confirmed on-chain.

Wires up the new dora devnet deposit tooling
(ethpandaops/dora#845):

- frontend.faucet: enabled with the LAST prefunded account (services like
buildoor consume accounts from the low indices, so the tail avoids nonce
  collisions), 100 ETH per request
- rpcProxy: raise rate limits to 300/min (burst 100) - dora's wallet-free
submission broadcasts txs and polls receipts through the proxy

The faucet block is only rendered when a prefunded account is available and
is ignored by dora versions predating the feature, so this is safe to ship
ahead of the dora release.
