@gballet @timbeiko @axic @shemnon For any Execution Client devs I would like to propose adding a single RPC method to retrieve all transaction fees value eth_getBlock, eth_gasPrice, eth_maxPriorityFeePerGas, and eth_blobGasPrice. Not every libraries support batched calls ( Web3.js doesn't support it yet ). and we should end this nightmare for calling 4 different calls to get an appropriate transaction fee value.

@timbeiko Sorry that I am just a minor contributor of the open source projects and since my english is bad, I would like to propose inviting some other people relevant with the gasPrice estimation method ( @ricmoo who is working on ethers.js project or some other people from optimism like @protolambda which is effected by the absence or changes with the default maxPriorityFeePerGas value )

If anyone interested with the problem you can look at the code here ethers-io/ethers.js#4463 to see how the scattered RPC calls can broke user experiences especially for low fee chains like rollups or other L1 like polygon, etc. )
