This tracker is for the first release for Glamsterdam Devnet 7, for which discussions are still ongoing regarding EIP changes to be included, and will be based on the latest glamsterdam-devnet-6 spec.

Scope

Intrinsic gas rework for EIP-2780/EIP-8037, a pre-access check for EIP-8038/EIP-7928, and final EIP-8282 contract constants & disable switch.

Repricing numbers (EIP-8038, EIP-2780) are treated as stable for devnet-7 but will likely be changed still.

New mined EIP-8282 addresses:

• All relevant PRs merged to forks/amsterdam.
• glamsterdam-devnet-7 branch created and rebased on forks/amsterdam.
• Fixtures generated and released: gh workflow run release_fixtures.yaml --repo ethereum/execution-specs -f feature=glamsterdam-devnet -f version=v7.0.0 -f branch=devnets/glamsterdam/7
• hive-tests updated to run the new fixtures: chore(hive): point workflows at glamsterdam-devnet-7 ethpandaops/hive-tests#65
• hive-ui discovery updated to the latest glamsterdam-devnet workflow.
• Linked the test fixture release tag within the issue and closed it.
