Scope

Focus: Add EIP-8038 specific tests; v6.0.0 only updated the existing test set for EIP-8038 repricings and spec changes.

Additionally adds a new EIP-8037 test for code-deposit state gas charges at the reservoir boundary.

Status

• All relevant PRs merged to forks/amsterdam.
• glamsterdam-devnet-6 branch created and rebased on forks/amsterdam.
• Fixtures generated and released.
• hive-tests updated to run the new fixtures.
• hive-ui discovery updated to the latest glamsterdam-devnet workflow.
• Linked the test fixture release tag within the issue and closed it.

To keep things simple to create the release I followed these steps.

  • test(amsterdam): add EIP-8038 state-access gas cost tests #3033
• cherrypick 65111df
  • This fixed them up the EIP-8038 tests for EIP-8246: fix(tests): update EIP-8038 SELFDESTRUCT tests for EIP-8246 burn log removal #3044
• This manual commit on devnets/glamsterdam/6 to fix-up the EIP-8038 tests for this change: e1d4d26

Jfyi: This branch had a pre-existing ruff format issue. And after cherrypicking #3044 on to devnets/glamsterdam/6 branch, a mypy issue.
