[TUI] Build Datasounce Filtering

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Currently the context builder for datasources is very limited.  We should also add the followng:

1. Allow the user to add regex (and test them for brownie points) that allows DS to be included / excluded as desired. 
2. Allow the user to define multiple sets of credentials that that can be mapped to a DS based on regex rule matching.
