Context menu remains visible after creating cyclic structure via right-click menu #8397

Description:
After creating a cyclic structure using the Create cyclic structure option from the right-click context menu, the menu does not automatically close. It remains visible (stuck) on the canvas until the user performs an additional click anywhere on the workspace.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Switch to Macromolecules → Flex mode.
2. Draw a valid polymer chain that meets cyclic structure criteria.
3. Right-click on the selected structure.
4. Select Create cyclic structure from the context menu.

Actual behavior
The context menu remains visible on the canvas after the layout action.
It disappears only after an extra click on an empty area of the canvas.

Expected behavior
After clicking Create cyclic structure, the context menu should automatically close.
The cyclic structure should be generated, and the canvas should regain focus immediately.
