What does this PR do?

Updates the Danish (da) admin translations after #3492

• packages/admin/src/locales/da/messages.po: 3049 of 3076 strings translated. The 27 empty strings are the same ones left empty on purpose in i18n(da): add Danish translations #3492.
• .changeset/danish-admin-translations-update.md: patch changeset for @emdash-cms/admin.

New strings, by screen:

• Bylines page: list, create and edit forms, type badges and filter
• Bulk tag dialog on content lists
• Sections list and the new section dialog
• Menus: create menu dialog and menu editor
• Content type editor: icon, hide from navigation and dashboard quick action
• Update banner, WordPress import progress, and a few errors

Several bulk tag strings contain the site's own taxonomy name ({singularLower}, {pluralLower}). Danish gender depends on that name ("ny kategori" but "nyt tag"), so those strings are phrased to avoid a gendered form, e.g. "Navn på {singularLower}".

I, a native Danish speaker, reviewed every string and checked each new one in context in the running admin.

This is a translation-only update that fills the Danish (da) admin catalog for the strings added in #3492 and makes a small set of existing "Read …" permission labels consistent. It is the right shape of change: only packages/admin/src/locales/da/messages.po and a .changeset file are touched, and the changeset correctly identifies the package, patch bump, and user-facing surface.

I checked the diff for:

• Placeholder / ICU syntax – every new/updated msgstr preserves the variables ({0}, {singularLower}, {pluralLower}, {added}, {ready}, {latest}, etc.) used in its msgid, and curly-brace balance matches.
• Plural forms – the one plural message ({0, plural, one {+# more} other {+# more}}) keeps the one/other selector structure.
• Quote escaping – the added "completion cursor" / "preparation cursor" escaped quotes are well-formed for gettext.
• Source references / stale lines – the msgid strings are unchanged, so any slightly-stale #: line-number comments remain functional; Lingui’s extraction workflow will refresh them on merge.
• Changeset quality – the entry names the package, the bump type, the locale, and the screens affected. It reads as useful public CHANGELOG text.

No source code, security, or data-integrity concerns were introduced. Good to merge.
