The idea
A pretty simple Idea which consists of automatically saving the file after pressing the shortcut (WIN+ALT+V), while skipping the dialogue. An option identical to that of Windows Explorer context menu with the same purpose. It would greatly save the time making the process as instant as just pressing a couple of keys.
Specification and constraints
It should be an option that goes into settings similarly to the normal autosave but in the autostart section. A checkbox that would say "Shortcut autosave", with a description above amongst other ones for the two other options.
The specification would be that it's not guaranteed the user will want to skip the dialogue everytime, so in order to give an option to not skip the dialogue a slight tweak of the shortcut would do, like (SHIFT+WIN+ALT+V). That's seems like a mouthful, but it could be any other shortcut alteration. It would also do greatly in the main menu neighboring the normal "autosave" checkbox. You could also just open the dialogue from the tray If you need it, or completely turn the option of shortcut autosave off there.
A constraint of the feature is that you can't have it without the other feature I suggested which is the custom default save folder. Otherwise skipping the dialogue would mean that every file would be saved to the desktop via the shortcut. With that said it would pair fantastically together and take an instant to have the files exactly where you want them.
