Forgot Password Link Broken

Description

When clicking the 'Forgot Password' link the attached error is shown in Chrome (Windows 10 / x64)

Also shows an error in Firefox (Windows 10)

Steps to reproduce

• Navigate to deployed riot.im (nginx)
• Enter or leave username field blank
• Click 'Forgot Password' link

Version information

• Platform: web (in-browser)

For the web app:

• Browser: Chrome, Firefox
• OS: Windows 10
• URL: private server + self-hosted sydent + riot-v0.14.0-rc.4 + nginx
