I can not enter more than 30 characters.

After discussing this with the team, we will adjust the the MSC to limit it to ~30 characters. Given the purpose of the feature, and that other clients would have similar UI, it is not practical to allow more than this. At least not for now.

Yeah, I'd say truncate it 30 - safer and should not cause any issues.
