Jumpy scrolling inside a room members list

Steps to reproduce

How to reproduce?

1. Inside a room open the people tab (members list)
2. Scroll down and up to realize scrolling is smooth
3. Open a random user profile and then switch back to all room members using the back arrow
4. Scrolling down and up is not smooth anymore and appears jumpy

It's also directly reproducible when opening "People" inside the "Room info" tab

This should have been fixed in v1.11.97, but the issue is still reproducible in v1.11.98 by opening "People" inside the "Room info" tab and slowly scrolling down from the top.

react-virtualized causes this issue when paired with our RovingTabIndexProvider. Switching to react vituoso should fix this.
