The right panel width shifts when choosing different options from the new room header

Steps to reproduce

1. Where are you starting? What can you see?
   I'm using the new room header and selecting buttons that trigger the right panel. Each click opens/closes the right panel but at different widths which is quite off-putting
   The right panel should be the same width - with a max and a minimum value - and then the same width applied to all views until the user changes it.

I think this was intentional on ask from @ara4n as he hated having to resize his thread panel to be wider but the rest of the panels to be narrower.

Ok - let's leave this for now and see if we get any feedback on it. I think it's odd that it resizes but also was using the header to test it , not in reality. When we have the tabs available I imagine this resizing will be more obvious and maybe more annoying...
