Amend meta spaces

From testing we've learned that some people have found meta spaces useful, but some people haven't found them useful at all.

We intend to ship to production to identify if people use them.

Amends

• Make Home in the below design disabled¹. We'd like to test to see how often people interact with the Home option to see if it's something people want to do to help identify later iterations. The option to check/uncheck show all rooms should still be enabled. If we don't believe disabling the checkbox here is good (which would be understandable), we should remove Home from this list of sidebar options.
• Amend content to be have less sections and copy (see below)

¹ We're concerned people might turn off Home and somehow get themselves into a position where they unintentionally can't access some rooms, and thus abandon the product.
