Under the user settings -> Help and About , the FAQ section says:
For help with using %(brand)s, click here.
The link points to https://element.io/help , which isn't desirable if you're running a self hosted install and want this to point to their own page
Ideally this should be configurable in config.json to point to any url
e.g. add "help_url": "https://example.com/custom-help-page" option which replaces https://element.io/help with the custom help url
